I love sharing the things that help my family and me live well. Some of the links I share are affiliate links, and I want you to know exactly what that means.
What an affiliate link is
An affiliate link is a special link to a store or brand. If you click it and buy something, the store pays me a commission. It doesn't add anything to your price.
Where you'll find them
You'll find affiliate links on my Favorites page, in some blog posts, and sometimes in my posts on Instagram, TikTok and X.
How you'll know
- Any page with affiliate links has this note before the first link: "Some links on this page are affiliate links. If you buy through them, I earn a commission, at no extra cost to you."
- Every affiliate link is marked "Paid link."
- On social media, I put "#ad" at the start of the post, and I say it out loud in videos.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
Gifts and sponsorships
If a brand ever sends me something for free, pays me, or gives me a discount to talk about its product, I'll say so clearly in that post or video, right where I mention the product.
My promise to you
Commissions never decide what I recommend. I share products I've used myself and genuinely like. If I ever share one I haven't tried, I'll say so right next to it.
Prices and availability change, so check the store's website for the current price. Your purchase is between you and the store, and the store's own terms and return policy apply. Questions about an order go to the store.
A note about health products
A product recommendation isn't medical advice. Check with your doctor before you try a new supplement, food plan or fitness product, especially if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a health condition or taking medication. My Health Disclaimer explains more.
